A talent acquisition professional for the last 23 years, he has been the strong recruitment support behind several world-class global and smaller recruiting organizations with an emphasis on leadership level and down full cycle recruiting. He develops and implements innovative sourcing and networking methods for both complex and general requirements to identify passive top talent.
His expertise is with learning the nuances of multiple industries including Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, Technology and Manufacturing, and within the specialty areas such as Information Technology, Engineering, Commercial Sales and Marketing.
He has proven to have superb candidate and client management skills while understanding every element of full cycle recruiting. His refined relationship building translates into a high touch with all of his stakeholders both recruitment process owners, hiring managers, colleagues, and candidates and he manages perfectly through all the routine imperfections that accompany high volume, multiple recruiting cycles.
He earned a Master’s degree in Public Relations / Communications from Rowan University.
